What is the silence in between two thoughts?

Dear Sincere seeker,

Please find the short video clip and its transcript below for the answer to the question, ‘What is the silence in between two thoughts?’

Transcript:

If you are not sleeping, if you are awake and you notice that silence in between two streams of thought – that is the moment you have gone in Sakshi.

Who is watching thoughts? Who knows that the thoughts are there? Who knows now there is no thought? And who knows, oh, after this gap again a thought came up?

You are the knower. You do not have to make an additional effort really.

The only effort that you have to make is not getting involved in the thought and just being knowingly the knower, being knowingly the awareness, being consciously conscious!
