Answer:

The answer to every problem in this Samsara is the same:

• • Stand as the pure witness
  • Go with the flow
  • BE, just BE
  • Honor today’s measure of arisings that appear and disappear naturally and randomly
  • Don’t react, as there is no point in pretending to be the doer or experiencer
  • Stop pretending to be anything other than the witness or knower

Only then will a point arrive where you transcend beyond. Being able to realize and implement this solution is impossible without recognizing the problem.

What is the problem?

The main issue is of relentless plus and minus happenings at the personal projection level. 

• • Recognize the simultaneous want and not-want
  • Realize the coexistent love and hate
  • Acknowledge the concurrent seeking happening in opposite directions

Grabbing onto the plus and minus leads to gross manifestation. Understand the mechanism. Study the mechanism. Be okay with what it is, without desiring for it to change. Don’t nurture the expectation of peace, even. 

The total unconcern for it all is BEing with the Reality.

Recognize yourself as an Empty presence devoid of the plus and minus. Investigate, Inquire, Balance, dear.

Surf the waves of plus and minus. Steady! Steady!
