The body doesn’t sit to meditate… the body sits to disappear…

Question:

My mind comes up with the excuse, ‘You’re not this body, why does this body sit for meditation? I know it’s an excuse. Please help the Ego from falling into this pit.

Answer:

The ego is happy to find a pit and jump into it. The Ego will do anything to prove its illusory existence to be real. If you dodge the ego’s tantrums and keep turning inwards, a point will arrive when you start meditating naturally, your eyes will close naturally because you have realized that Alive Conscious Nothingness is your true nature. Undifferentiated Consciousness finds its home in Stillness.

Undifferentiated Consciousness needs to rest, hence it needs Consciousness in motion to still for a while. This is a natural inner need. Alive Conscious Nothingness wants to rest in its glory, that’s why it stills the somethingness.

Stillness is not an action; it is negative action. Simply Being is the thirst of Consciousness. In order to attain this stillness, all motion must disappear into nothingness.

    • The body doesn’t sit to meditate; the body sits to disappear.
    • The mind is not suppressed; the mind quietens itself.
    • The breath is not rhythmized; the breath is observed, so it disappears.

Absence of all drama of somethingness is true meditation. Meditating means choosing to be the Self beyond the body, breath, and mind complex.

Sit in your next Samadhi with this understanding and only be the Observer, not the Doer. Don’t be the doer or experiencer of Samadhi. Let Samadhi happen. Remember that all meditations on somethingness are utter nonsense. Beware the trap of somethingness. Abide in your true nature of Nothingness, my dear one!

The glimpse of such type of “Alive Conscious Nothingness” happens by the way only.
Then this memory or the knowledge of this type of awareness becomes natural.
In my case, I feel that I am in the state of unknowing.

    Happy Thoughts..
