It cannot be a thought produced by the mind. You can observe it, you can know it that there is a knower. The knower knows himself.
Sometimes we are so lost in the world, that’s when we are called ignorant people. Because we are so lost in thoughts and ideas, and objects, and pretty things of the world, that we are not even aware that there is a knower knowing the thought… that there is a knower knowing this object that I am attracted to…just be in the knower.
Just be there, just be there!
