Celebrate Guru Poornima with the true inner Guru!
This Guru Poornima, let us pause and sincerely evaluate our spiritual progress.
Inquire within:
• Have I been listening to the Inner Guru?
• Have I learned to see Truth directly, or do I continue to depend upon borrowed knowledge and inherited beliefs?
• Has spiritual understanding become a living recognition, or does it remain merely conceptual?
• Am I becoming inwardly independent, or am I still seeking authority, assurance, and validation outside myself?
• Has the Inner Guru’s guidance transformed the way I see, respond, and live?

Guru Poornima is not merely an occasion to revere the Guru outwardly. It is an invitation to recognize, listen to, and abide by the inner Guru. The following two blog posts offers further clarity on the sacred significance of Guru Poornima:

If these pointers have not yet become clear, let a deep and earnest self-inquiry begin before the sessions. Resolve now to dive into the Kathopanishad sessions on August 15 and 16, 2026.

During these sessions, we will attempt to SEE, in direct experience, how the Ajāta Vādin, the path-walker of the Unborn Eternal, sees. It is therefore important to receive experiential clarity regarding the following foundational terminologies:
• Consciousness in Motion
• Consciousness at Rest

The following blog post on Direct Seeing may help resolve questions concerning what Direct Seeing is, who sees, and what is being seen:

Here is a little good wish poem for you:
May the Grace of the Inner Guru dissolve dependence upon every outer support.
May the Path render you spiritually independent.
May the gaze turn inward toward the only Guru who neither arrives nor departs, the Guru eternally present within.
May this Guru Poornima illumine the Guru within.
Bask in the Bliss of Knowledge!

In ancient times wisdom was free. Why do we have to pay for it these days? For the Nothing. 🙂 Oh well. For many years, I read The Supreme Yoga Vasishta, Ashtavakra, Avadhuta, Shankara Acharya, the Upanishads, the Diamond Sutra, the Lankavatara Sutra, and so on advaita scriptures. I’m not an indian but I really like your wisdom. I reached Nothingness, but the illusion dragged me back into the world.
Why are the last four chapters of the Advaita Bodha Deepika missing? Did Ramana Maharshi hide them, or what? Their titles are listed there, but no one knew anything about them! Can you explain?
All resources on the Gnyana Sangha website are free to the spiritual seeker. The time and effort required for the content is a donation from the volunteers. All teachings by Ekta are free as well. How can that which was given by ancient sage be personally monetized? That would not be pure. All Gnyana Sangha offerings are pure. Integrity is guaranteed as no volunteer demands anything in return. Enjoy the scriptures on the website explained by Ekta here – https://www.gnyanasangha.com/
To answer your second question – The last 4 chapters of the Advaita Bodha Deepika are universally treated as lost by scholars, ashrams, and digital libraries alike but the topics are known – Chapter 9 – Savikalpa Samadhi, Chapter 10 – Nirvikalpa Samadhi, Chapter 11 – Jivanmukti & Chapter 12 – Videhamukti. These explanations are available in other Advaita scriptures like Panchadasi, Vivekachudamani and Jivanmukti Viveka. So the specific chapters may be lost but the wisdom can be found elsewhere. P.S. Nobody hid them, they just went mysteriously missing.
